August 10th — New Head Chef at Gaynes Park
Xavier Pellerin brings with him a wealth of Gallic skills and experience as he joins us from today as our new Head Chef at Gaynes Park in Epping. Xavier has been working with us in Essex over the last six months and we are delighted to welcome him to Team Chef as a permanent member of staff.
July 30th — Rivervale Barn's First Wedding!
And Rivervale opens today for the first wedding.....Eighty weddings are already booked and we've yet to cut a single slice of cake!

July 20th — New Second Chef at Wasing Park
Second Chef and Group Relief Chef Adrian Szuba joins us today. He will be Joe Cather's right hand man at Wasing and starts work with us right in the middle of a very full summer in Aldermaston. Adrian will be working his way round the various venues over the next few weeks in order to ensure that he is fully comfortable with our different kitchens and the teams of staff within them. It's of prime importance that when a relief team is required on site that standards remain as high as ever, a fact we are extremely focussed on at Galloping Gourmet.
