June 25th — New Kitchen at Rivervale Barn
Head Chef at Rivervale Nick Price takes the keys to the new on-site kitchen this morning and the first trial tastings are under way.

June 12th — New Staff at Wasing Park
Tom Smith joins our bar operation today with his base office being at Wasing Park. Tom has worked for Galloping Gourmet on a part time basis for nearly a year and now joins us as a permanent member of staff; he'll be duly sponsored to gain his personal licence along with a variety of other key training schemes.
